OPI I Have A Herring Problem

I Have A Herring Problem - what’s that you say? I need to “sea” this shimmery green-blue? Yes, yes you do. This is another total beauty. Teal toned blue with golden shimmer. This is based on the same premise as I Don’t Give A Rotterdam but is warmer and darker. Out of the two I prefer this but only just – it’s a tough call to make, so I shall be getting them both!
