Formula #1 is maintenance for healthy nails. Everyone's goal is to graduate to this formula, with the exception of those whose nails are naturally hard. (See Formula #3) Formula #1 is an equal blend of protein and conditioners. The protein will continue to bond the nail layers together and maintain a strong nail while the conditioners will prevent the nail from getting too hard. A healthy nail is not only strong but flexible.
