GIGI BRAZILIAN BODY HARD WAX

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  1. Place collar on GiGi Warmer.
  2. Remove Lid from container.
  3. Place container in warmer. Set dial to "H" for 15-25 minutes until a thick consistency is achieved, then turn dial to "L" for the rest of the day.
  4. Cleanse area to be epilated with GiGi Pre-Hon Lotion. Pat dry with white tissue.
  5. Spray on GiGi Anesthetic Numbing spray to temporarily numb the skin and take the sting out of waxing.
  6. Dust on a think layer of GiGi Pre-Epilation Dusting Powder.
  7. With Spatula, apply a thick coat of wax at a 45 degrees angle in direction of hair growth. Work in small sections until familiar with the procedures involved.
  8. Allow wax to cool on skin until it becomes soft and pliable.
  9. Hold skin taut and pull off wax with one quick motion in opposite direction of hair growth keeping hardened wax as close to the skin as possible. Never reapply wax to epilated areas.
  10. Immediately apply firm pressure to epilated area with the cushion of your fingers or palm of hand to calm skin.
  11. Apply GiGi Wax Off to remove any wax residue and to condition and refine pores.
  12. To maintain epilation results longer, smooth on GiGi Slow Grow for skin maintenance everyday after showering to inhibit hair growth.

NOTE : IF WAX IS LEFT ON SKIN TOO LONG, IT BECOMES BRITTLE AND HARD TO REMOVE.

Technically speaking there are four types of bikini waxes.

  1. The Bikini Wax - Hair is removed from outside the panty line.
  2. The Brazilian Bikini Wax - Leaves a vertical stripe in front, two to three fingers in width. Hair is not removed from the labia. Hair is removed from the tush. Hair may be removed from the butt crack if woman wishes.
  3. The Playboy Bikini Wax - All hair is removed from the labia, all hair is removed from the butt, including the butt crack and only a very narrow strip is left in the front. Named after Playboy magazine because that's what you see on the models in Playboy.
  4. The Full Bikini Wax - All hair is removed. Everywhere. Everything. Bald.

The Brazilian Bikini Wax method is currently very popular and is offered in many salons and skincare clinics. If you are considering waxing as a do-it-yourself project, a consultation with a professional is advised beforehand. We strongly recommend doing as much research as possible to determine if this method should be attempted at home. We are not suggesting that a "Playboy Bikini Wax" job can be done on one's own body nor are we recommending that one even attempt this procedure.

ALL AT HOME WAXING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES OR PROMISES WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USE OF HAIR REMOVAL WAX IN AN AT-HOME SITUATION.

The FDA has issued recent warnings about resistant strains of Staph and some hair removal professionals feel waxing exposes clients/users to unacceptable health risks. Sanitary preparation of the area is vital - as in all procedures which can introduce invasive bacteria into the body and blood stream.
