Essie Luxeffects - Jazzy Jubilant

Jazzy Jubilant is multicolored glitter in a clear base. This is a little different than most of the multicolored glitters, the colors are more subdued and not as hectic looking. I'm seeing purple, blue, green, silver and gold but I'm sure there are a few more colors in there. The formula was alright, I found it to be a little heavy on the base and not dense enough in glitter to make it easy to apply. I found the best way to get nice coverage was to do the blob and spread...aka blob a nice bit of polish on the nail so you can get a lot of glitter then spread that blob around on the nail.
